WHAT?!
A hockey player in Germany deserves a serious boost to his awareness rating after narrowly avoiding getting run over by a Zamboni during an interview.
Stefan Loibl plays for the Straubing Tigers in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga and was in the middle of an interview between periods when a look of fear came over his face as something approached from out of frame. He managed to skate out just in time before a Zamboni that was being backed up crashed into the picture, knocking down the camera crew who were helping record the interview.
Thankfully everyone was okay — because this could have been so much worse. You can see the full interview here, if you’re so inclined.
